Here are some suggestions of what you can do if your MT platform’s bottom right corner is showing “No connection”.

Check your internet connection.
When connected to the internet, use a direct ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi as this helps a lot with stability.

Check the server that you are connected to.
You can right click in the bottom right corner of the platform and click 'rescan servers'.
If you are using New York server accounts:
You should choose “Valutrades-Real” (live account) or “Valutrades-Demo” (demo account).
If you are using Hong Kong server accounts:
You should choose “Valutrades-Real-HK” (live account) or “Valutrades-Demo-HK” (demo account) .
- Try to login to our webtrader page.

Reinstall your MT platform.
You can download the MT platform from your client area.
