Begin by downloading MT5 from Valutrades using the following link: MT5 Download Page. Ensure you are using the MT5 version provided by Valutrades.

Navigate to the "File" menu and select "Open an account."
- In the search field, enter "Valutrades."
- This will display both live and demo servers. Select the appropriate server, and input the correct login (account number) along with the associated password. You can find your login details in the email sent from our system or by accessing your client area's "My Accounts" page. From there, you can view your account number and reset your password if needed.
- Complete the process by clicking "Finish."
These steps should resolve the issue of an unavailable server during the login process.
