Follow these simple steps to add your bank information for future withdrawals.
Important Security & Compliance Notes:
- All bank details must be registered under your name. Withdrawals to third-party or joint accounts are not allowed for security and compliance reasons.
- Verify the accuracy of your bank information to avoid delays or unsuccessful withdrawals. Incorrect or incomplete fields may lead to rejection.

Once you’ve logged in, a prompt will appear, requesting you to choose a trading account.

Select one of your Valutrades accounts from the list.

Navigate to "More" and click "Bank Information".

Click "Add Bank".

Select "Bank Transfer" as your preferred method.
- Fill in all fields marked with a *. Ensure the details match your own bank account.
- Ensure to check the box to confirm that you are indeed the holder of the savings account you are about to submit.

Below is a detailed guide for completing the Bank Transfer form:
- Account Holder's Name: This field should be filled in with your full name. Make sure the name matches exactly what’s registered with your bank to avoid delays or rejections.
- Bank Country: Select the country where your bank is located. This information is essential to ensure that the transfer is directed correctly to the banking system of the respective country.
- Bank Account Currency: Choose the currency that corresponds to your bank account. This will help avoid incorrect conversions and ensure that the funds are transferred in the appropriate currency. If the currency is not available, kindly select the same currency as your Valutrades account.
- Bank Name: Fill in this field with the name of your bank. Make sure that the name is accurate and complete, as this facilitates the identification of the bank during the transfer process.
- IBAN: Enter your IBAN (International Bank Account Number). If you are unsure what this is, please contact your bank for assistance. If your bank does not use IBAN, you should enter your bank account number instead.
- Bank Account Number: Complete this field with your bank account number. It is vital that this number is correct to ensure that the transfer is executed without any issues.
- SWIFT/BIC Code: Input the SWIFT/BIC code of your bank. If you do not know what this is, consult your bank for this information. The SWIFT code is essential for identifying your bank in international transactions.
- Optional Details: Any field marked as “(optional)” is not mandatory, and you may leave it blank if you prefer.

Upload a statement.

Provide a recent bank statement that includes your full name, bank name, logo, and account details, all on one page.

If the statement extends over several pages, you may either combine them into a single document or upload them separately, as we provide two distinct upload boxes for the documents.
- Acceptable formats are PDF, JPEG, or PNG.

After completing the form and uploading the required documents, click "Submit". Please allow 1 business day for your bank information to be reviewed and approved. You will receive a notification once the process is complete.

Check the status under "Bank Addition History":

Approved: Your bank information has been reviewed and accepted.

Rejected: Your submission could not be processed. You can reapply or contact support for help.

Once approved, your saved bank account will appear as a withdrawal option inside the withdrawal form.
Managing Your Bank Details:
- Please be aware that you can add multiple bank accounts to your profile. To add an additional bank account, you will need to complete the entire "Add Bank" process again for each new account.
- It's also important to note that submitted bank information requests cannot be edited. If you need to make any changes to a request, you must first delete it. You can do this by clicking the trash can icon located on the "Bank Information" page. After deleting the incorrect request, you can then submit a new one with the correct details.
