If you encounter difficulties logging into your client area, please ensure the following:

Verify that you have entered the correct registered email address.

Double-check the password for accuracy, taking note of uppercase, lowercase, punctuation, or spaces. Avoid using copy-paste for passwords.
- Please ensure that your profile/account is still active. If you have been disabled before, you will not be able to log in and reset your password.
If the above steps are correct and you still face issues, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Open the client area login page.
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" button located on the right side of the screen.
- Enter the registered email address where the reset email will be sent.
- Input the correct captcha.
- Click on “Reset Password”.
- Check your email inbox for the reset password email.
- Inside the email, click on the "Reset Password" button. You'll be directed to a page with the keycode pre-filled.
- Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
- Retype the new password in the "Confirm New Password" field.
- Click on "Continue" to confirm the new password.
- Verify your mobile phone number by entering the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number.
- A pop-up will indicate the successful creation of the new password.
- Log in to your client area with the newly created password.
