Please be advised that withdrawal requests submitted over the weekend will require longer processing times, as our finance team operates exclusively on weekdays. All weekend withdrawals will be processed on the following Monday.

Start the withdrawal process by making a request through your client area.

Our finance team will review your withdrawal request within 1 business day.

We recommend submitting withdrawal requests during our finance team's business hours on weekdays to ensure prompt processing.

If all details are accurate and in order, we proceed with the withdrawal process.

The processing time varies based on the chosen method, typically 1 to 5 business days.

Checking Withdrawal Status:

Log in to your client area.

Once you’ve logged in, a prompt will appear, requesting you to choose a trading account.
- Select the account number associated with the withdrawal.

Click on "Withdraw" beneath your balance.

Navigate to "Withdrawal History" to view the status on the left side where you will be able to see different statuses there.

"Paid" status means Valutrades has handled your request and you'll get the money after it's processed based on your chosen method's time.

"Rejected" status means Valutrades couldn't process your withdrawal request, so they turned it down. "Pending" status means Valutrades got your withdrawal request but hasn't processed it yet.
