While it is important to keep your information accurate and up-to-date, not all details can be changed directly in the client area for security reasons.
Updating Your Full Name and Date of Birth:
To change your full name or date of birth, contact our customer support team via live chat or email. You will need to provide proof of identity showing the correct information, and our team will make the update for you.
Updating Your Phone Number, Email Address, and Country of Residence:
To update your phone number, email address, or country of residence, contact our customer support team via live chat or email.

Login to your Client Area.

Once you’ve logged in, a prompt will appear, requesting you to choose a trading account.

Select one of your Valutrades accounts from the list.

- Navigate to "More" and click 'Profile'.

Click on the pencil icon to modify your details.

Click 'Save Changes' upon completion.
