What does it mean to close one of my trading accounts?
Partial closure allows you to close specific accounts while keeping others active. If you wish to close only some of your accounts, we can hide them from your client area.
How do I request to close one of my trading accounts?
To request partial closure, simply reach out to our customer support team via email or live chat and provide the account numbers of the accounts you want to hide.

Full closure entails closing all accounts associated with your client area profile, effectively discontinuing your relationship with Valutrades.

Are there any requirements for closing my live account?
Before closing your live account, please ensure that there are no remaining funds in it.
You can withdraw the funds or perform an internal transfer to empty the account balance.
Please note that we cannot close an account with a balance in it.
