How to Monitor Your Deposit Status and Resolve Pending Deposit Issues

1. General Processing Time:

   • Cryptocurrency and Local Bank Transfers: Typically processed within 30 minutes.
   • Skrill and PIX: Credited immediately upon successful payment.
   • Bank Transfers (Domestic & International): Generally take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the United Kingdom.
     • Bank transfers involve multiple parties (your bank, intermediary banks, and our receiving bank), which can contribute to processing time.
       
       

2. Checking Your Deposit Status:

   • Log in to your client area.

   • Once logged in, you'll be prompted to choose a trading account.

     • Select the account number associated with the deposit.

   • Locate and click the "Deposit" button, situated in the middle-left section of the screen or above the trading signal information.
     • Alternatively, navigate to "More" in the main menu and then select "Deposit."
       

   • From the menu, choose "Deposit History."

   • The "Deposit History" page displays all your deposit transactions. You'll see the status of each deposit listed on the right-hand side.
     

      

3. Issues or Delays:

   If your deposit hasn't been processed within the expected timeframe or if you see a "Rejected" status, please contact our customer support team immediately.

   • Provide Proof of Funds: To expedite the investigation, please provide clear proof of the deducted funds from your bank account. This could be a screenshot of your online banking transaction, a scanned copy of your bank statement, or a transaction ID. Please ensure the proof shows the date, amount, and recipient (Valutrades) of the transaction.
