The Inactivity Fee applies to live trading accounts that have no trading activity for 12 consecutive months, in accordance with our Inactivity Policy.
This fee encourages account activity and helps ensure clients continue to benefit from full access to our trading services.
When Does the Inactivity Fee Apply?
The Inactivity Fee applies if no trades have been executed on your live account for a continuous period of 12 months.
If the account remains inactive after this period, the fee will be charged as outlined below.
How Is the Inactivity Fee Charged?
An Inactivity Fee of USD 10 will be deducted from your remaining account balance
The fee is charged every 30 days while the account remains inactive
If your account balance is less than USD 10, only the remaining balance will be deducted
No charges will ever exceed your available account balance
If the account balance reaches zero, no further Inactivity Fees can be applied.
What Happens If I Start Trading Again?
If you execute any trade on your account:
Your account will be considered active again
No further Inactivity Fee will be charged in the next fee cycle
Even a single executed trade is sufficient to reset the inactivity period.
How Can I Avoid the Inactivity Fee?
To avoid the Inactivity Fee, simply:
Execute at least one trade within any 12-month period, and
Continue trading as usual to keep your account active
This ensures uninterrupted access to your trading account without additional charges.
What Counts as Trading Activity?
Any executed trade on your live account counts as trading activity, regardless of the trade size or how long the position is held.
Non-trading actions such as logging in, deposits, or withdrawals do not count as trading activity.
