This guide will walk you through making a deposit via bank wire transfer, including important details to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Choose Your Live Account:
- Ensure the correct live trading account is selected, either when prompted upon login or by verifying the account number in the top-right corner.

Access the Deposit Option:
- Locate and click the "Deposit" button, situated in the middle-left section of the screen or above the trading signal information.
- Alternatively, navigate to "More" in the main menu and then select "Deposit."

Choose Deposit Method:
- You will be redirected to the deposit page. Double-check that the displayed account number is correct. This is crucial to ensure your funds are deposited into the correct account. You can change the account from the dropdown menu if necessary.
- Within the page, you will see various deposit methods that we offer. Select “International Bank Wire Transfer.”

- Examine the "Important to Note" section for key details regarding your chosen deposit method.

Enter Your Deposit Amount:
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit, keeping in mind the specified minimum transaction limits displayed on the page.

Proceed with the Deposit:
- Click “Continue Deposit” to proceed to the next page.

Initiate the Bank Transfer:
- The next screen will display the complete bank information required for the wire transfer, including the beneficiary name, bank name, address, and the mandatory SWIFT Code.
- You are recommended to screenshot or securely save this information, as you will need it to instruct your bank or complete your online transfer.
- You are responsible for completing the transfer using your personal banking platform (mobile app, website, or branch).
- When making the transfer through your bank, you must include your full name and your Valutrades Trading Account Number in the transaction description, reference, or remark field. This reference is crucial for us to correctly identify and match your funds.
- To ensure full credit and avoid conversion fees, always send the wire in the exact base currency of your Valutrades trading account.

Upload Deposit Proof:
- After the transfer is complete, you must provide proof of the transaction in your Client Area.
- Without proof, your deposit may be significantly delayed or rejected.
- Return to the Deposit section in your Client Area and upload proof of your transaction to the dedicated section.
- Acceptable proof includes a clear screenshot of your online bank transfer confirmation, a scanned copy of your bank receipt, or a PDF statement showing the transaction details.
- We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. The maximum file size is 5MB. If your file is larger, please compress it.

Monitor Deposit Progress:
- International wire transfers typically take 1 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your bank and intermediary banks.
- Once the funds arrive in our accounts and your proof is verified, the funds will be immediately credited to your trading account.
- You can track the status of your deposit by accessing "Deposit History" in your client area. This page provides live updates on your recent deposits.

Important Notes
- For security and compliance, we only accept deposits from a bank account held in your name. We cannot accept funds from a third party.
- If you forget to include your name or account number in the reference, your deposit may be delayed. Please contact our support team immediately with your proof of payment so we can locate your funds.
- If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may perform a currency conversion, and fees may apply. This can affect the final amount received in your trading account.
- The final amount credited to your account may vary due to intermediary bank fees and currency exchange rates. Please confirm all potential outgoing and incoming fees with your sending bank beforehand.
