- Ensure the correct live trading account is selected, either when prompted upon login or by verifying the account number in the top-right corner.

Access the Deposit Option:
- Locate and click the "Deposit" button, situated in the middle-left section of the screen or above the trading signal information.
- Alternatively, navigate to "More" in the main menu and then select "Deposit."

- You will be redirected to the deposit page. Double-check that the displayed account number is correct. This is crucial to ensure your funds are deposited into the correct account. You can change the account from the dropdown menu if necessary.
- Within the page, you will see various cryptocurrencies that we offer. Select the currency that you would like to deposit with.

- Enter the amount you wish to deposit, keeping in mind the specified minimum transaction limits displayed on the page.
- In the “Crypto Wallet Address (Sender)” field, enter the wallet address you’ll use for the deposit.

Redirect to Payment Provider's Page:
- You will be redirected to the secure payment provider's page. This page will immediately display the unique details required for the transfer: the wallet address, QR code, and the required network (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20).
- If you are not directed to the crypto provider's deposit page, please ensure your browser is not blocking any pop-up windows. Alternatively, please use a different device or browser.
- To ensure successful and automated fund crediting, the crypto amount you transfer must exactly match the amount displayed on the deposit page.
- Note: You must ensure your external wallet covers all network fees (gas) so that the final amount received by Valutrades matches the requested deposit amount.
- Use the displayed QR code or wallet address to complete the payment via your external crypto wallet app.
- You must send the supported cryptocurrency using the exact network address provided. Sending funds via the wrong network (e.g., sending USDT via the Bitcoin network) or an unsupported coin will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of your funds.
- You must complete the transfer within the provided time limit before the payment details expire.
- You will be redirected to the secure payment provider's page. This page will immediately display the unique details required for the transfer: the wallet address, QR code, and the required network (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20).

Monitor Deposit Progress:
- Deposits typically arrive within 30 minutes, but processing time can vary significantly depending on network congestion (e.g., Bitcoin/Ethereum blockchain).
- Once the funds arrive in our accounts and your transfer is verified, the funds will be immediately credited to your trading account.
- You can track the status of your deposit by accessing "Deposit History" in your client area. This page provides live updates on your recent deposits.

- For security and compliance, we only accept crypto transfers originating from a wallet held in your exact same name as your trading account. We cannot accept funds from a third party.
- The final credited amount may vary due to real-time network fees or exchange rate fluctuations during the confirmation process. We provide an estimated conversion amount within the deposit page for your reference.
- The recipient wallet address or QR code provided is unique for each transaction. Do not save or reuse this address for future deposits, as the address may change.
- If your deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, please send your crypto transaction hash (TxID) and the payment receipt to our Support Team for manual tracing and expedited processing.
