This guide will walk you through making a deposit via PIX, including important details to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Choose Your Live Account:
- Ensure the correct live trading account is selected, either when prompted upon login or by verifying the account number in the top-right corner.

Access the Deposit Option:
- Locate and click the "Deposit" button, situated in the middle-left section of the screen or above the trading signal information.
- Alternatively, navigate to "More" in the main menu and then select "Deposit."

Choose Deposit Method:
- You will be redirected to the deposit page. Double-check that the displayed account number is correct. This is crucial to ensure your funds are deposited into the correct account. You can change the account from the dropdown menu if necessary.
- Within the page, you will see various deposit methods that we offer. Select "PIX.”

Review Important Information:
- Examine the "Important to Note" section for key details regarding your chosen deposit method.

Enter Your Deposit Amount:
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit, keeping in mind the specified minimum transaction limits displayed on the page.

Proceed with the Deposit:
- Click “Continue Deposit” to proceed to the next page.

Redirect to the Payment Provider's Page:
- You will be redirected to the secure payment provider's page. This page will display the final instructions required for the transfer, typically in the form of a PIX QR Code or a PIX Key/Code.
- To ensure successful and immediate fund crediting, the amount you transfer must exactly match the amount displayed on the deposit page.
- The displayed QR code/PIX Key is time-sensitive. You must complete the transfer within the provided time limit before the payment details expire.
- Use the displayed QR Code or Key to complete the payment via your personal bank's app.
- The recipient information (QR code/key) is unique for each transaction. Do not save recipient account information for future use.

Monitor Deposit Progress:
- PIX deposits are designed to be instant. However, in some rare cases required for system reconciliation, it might take up to 30 minutes.
- Once the funds arrive in our accounts and your transfer is verified, the funds will be immediately credited to your trading account.
- You can track the status of your deposit by accessing "Deposit History" in your client area. This page provides live updates on your recent deposits.

Important Notes
- For security and compliance, we only accept deposits from an account held in your name, using the same CPF/tax ID. We cannot accept funds from a third party.
- The final amount credited may vary due to currency exchange rates or bank fees. We provide an estimated conversion amount within the deposit page for your reference.
- If the transfer fails (e.g., due to the wrong amount or an issue with the code), or if the deposit does not arrive within the 30-minute window, please contact our support team immediately with your transfer receipt.
